The wonderful Amalia and myself, we have a beautiful workshop planned for you on 13th November to help you come back to your center & find balance within.

This will be a 4 hour journey with Cacao, Breathwork, Movement and Meditation in a sacred space to invite the release of stuck energies and create new awareness for the seasons to come.

It is an invitation to give your soul the nourishment that it is craving through embodied self-care.
